Okay, If you want to lose your love handles, burn off fat, and shed inches off your waistline, then you need to discover the power of training with resistance bands. High octane workouts with a pair of cheap resistance bands is the secret to a lean, athletic body. If you apply the short, burst training techniques of high intensity interval training, you'll burn even more calories and get in and out of your health club within 45 minutes or less.

Each resistance band exercise starts out with a 10 minute bodyweight warm-up and then on to some strength training. Most people enjoy the portability of exercise bands as you can literally train anywhere, anytime. Because many of my clients are busy moms and dads, they prefer to workout at home. That's perfectly okay as the bands can be easily attached to a door handle or a secure object for a great fat burning workout, even if you're not at the gym.

As I mentioned before, resistance band exercises gets the most out of people who are in a hurry. Within 30 minutes or less, you can get a great fat burning workout in the privacy of your own home. That's why I train with bands exclusively, they are portable and small in size, and time efficient. If I want to split my workout during the day, I can easily do that as well. I'll do strength training in the mourning and then do some interval training at night, right after I put the kids to bed.

That means no need for long, slow cardio and no more 7 days a week weight lifting programs. The best fat loss workout programs are done 3 days a week, 30 minutes or less.

Furthermore, when it comes to training for fat loss it's extremely important that you include strength training to your fat burning workout program. Even if you only do 1 or 2 sets, 3 times per week. It's better than doing nothing. That one measly set if done properly will help transform your body quicker than if you didn't do any.

You have an entire arsenal of ways to strength train, you can strength by doing bodyweight exercises or you can strength train by doing resistance band exercises. It's really up to you.
