Mistake#1- Cardio Overload

Mistake#2 - Avoid Strength Training

For whatever reason some women still believe the old common misconception that they will get too big if they strength train. Ladies, trust me, you will not turn into the Hulk by simply adding resistance to your training program.
The fact is it's strength training that gives a women sexy legs, tight hips, shapely curves, a flat stomach and an overall attractive figure. Not to mention, the more lean muscle you carry, the more calories you burn even hours after your workout.
My wife was doing the same mistakes and struggled mightily until I showed her proven techniques that will erase her baby fat fast.
